    Pantone color charts must be provided. The gradient effect requires a printing resolution of 300 lines or higher. The minimum font size should be ≥ 8pt. ‌

    Special processes such as foil stamping and embossing will require an additional 3-5 days of production time. ‌ 

IV. Cost Control

    For small batch orders (less than 5,000 units), digital printing is recommended. For orders between 5,000 and 20,000 units, offset printing is suitable. 

    It is essential to clarify that the quoted price includes all costs such as design fees and plate-making fees, to avoid additional charges later. 

V. Environmental Protection Requirements

    Food-contact paper bags must pass FDA or GB4806.8 certification, and the ink migration amount should be ≤ 0.01mg/dm².

1. Preferentially choose raw materials with FSC or PEFC certifications to ensure compliance with the supply chain. 

VI. Production Cycle

    For regular orders, a 15-day lead time is required, including 3 days for sample confirmation and 10 days for full production.

    For orders during holidays, a 30-day advance agreement must be signed, specifying the penalty clause for delays (the penalty is calculated as 0.5% of the total order amount per day). 

7. Quality Inspection

The supplier is required to provide a paper inspection report certified by SGS. The key indicators to be verified include burst strength (≥ 400 kPa) and edge pressure strength (≥ 7 kN/m).
